During the 1930s, just prior to World War II, a small town auto manufacturer embarks on a quest to adapt their production line to create the ultimate vehicle for military use. They are very successful in the development of their creation and in getting it onto the battlefield. However, the contract for the vehicle’s mass production is later awarded to larger companies. The compelling details, the military & political intrigue and exciting “Hell Hole” testing sequences will make this an event classic. “American Bantam jeep” is the presentation’s backup title. The 9-page Story Treatment is available upon request.

The budget for the 4-hour mini-series will be $780,000 to $2,800,000, contingent upon casting considerations and the amount of network advances. It must be noted, an artistic, commercial rendition of the motion picture can be produced for as little as $780,000. In the event the minimum capitalization is less, a docudrama or documentary about the subject matter will be produced for television. The bigger budget, which the Producers are confident will be attained, shall accommodate a more entertaining and financially rewarding presentation, which would include three to four scenes of the jeep in action in the European and African battlefields during WWII. It would also oblige the casting of a few well-known actors and allow for a greater eye to detail.
